TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS AI HOUSE AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM RENOVATION DECISIONS MADE BASED ON AI-GENERATED ESTIMATES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless This AI House, its owners, operators, affiliates, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any data or content you upload to the Service; (d) any renovation, construction, or home improvement decisions you make based on information provided by the Service; or (e) your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
